Different OFs may be requested on larger sizes in the notes section -final page of order. Most bracelets come with crucifix and miraculous medal.
 
Custom charge:  $2 for specific cross or medal.  You can request free of charge and if I have to make it and don't have in stock -I'll add what you like free of charge.  $2 if you definitely want a certain cross or medal.
